Peter Mayhew, Director, Lyra Research Europe
Mr. Mayhew has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the photographic and digital imaging segments of the graphic-arts industry, with industry experience in wide-format and desktop hardware, supplies, and software.
Before joining Lyra as Senior European Analyst, Mr. Mayhew was most recently the head of commercial marketing for the worldwide digital imaging group at Ilford Imaging in the United Kingdom. He also worked as a marketing director for Ilford Imaging in the United States, where he played a key role in the start-up of the digital imaging business for Ilford Imaging. Mr. Mayhew has also established a photographic laboratory, an industrial photographic studio, and an exhibition display business.

A native of Belgium, Erwin is fluent in 5 languages and holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Group T, Louvain, as well as a B-t-B Sales & Marketing, certificate from EHSAL/INSTIMA, Belgium.
He started his career in the Graphic Arts in 1988 at Agfa as a product specialist in the marketing department of the Business Imaging Systems group and was part of the Desktop Publishing revolution that was ongoing.
During his career he acquired a vast experience in sales and marketing step by step with different players in the Graphic Arts industry as well as few other High-Tech industries:
- Senior Product Manager and European Marketing Manager with Scitex Europe
- European Marketing Manager with Tecnomatix Europe
- European Marketing Director with HP Indigo EMEA
- Worldwide Product Manager Display Products with BarcoView
- Worldwide PR manager with Agfa Graphics

In 2008 just before Drupa Erwin joined Kodak GCG EAMER as the new Marketing Director for Digital Printing Systems. Today he’s responsible for the Kodak Prosper Press go to market activities in Europe.
