Discounts
A discount of £75, €100, or $145 is given for the second and subsequent registrants from the same company for the same course when registered
as a group. For each additional course we offer a registrant a £75, €100, or $145 discount. You are only elegible for one discount per person.

Booking policy
Cancellations will receive a 100% refund of course fees if made 72 hours prior to the start of the course or conference.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please let us know!

Payments
Invoice and bank transfer
Our standard payment procedure is to send to you an invoice, payable in 14 days by bank transfer. Payment can be made in GBP, Euro or US $. We will only accept cheques in GBP drawn on a UK bank.
Credit cards
For those of you who prefer to pay by credit card, this is possible via our PayPal account. You do not need to register with PayPal to use this method of payment.

After you send us your registration we will send you an email invoice requesting payment with a link to PayPal's web site. You enter your credit card details via their secure server and that's it! Payment will be in GBP, so if your credit card account is in another currency then the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate prevailing at the time.

Note: Apologies but Amex cards cannot be used to pay us if you are based in Australia, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Germany. This is a PayPal restriction that may one day will be resolved. You may also have problems paying with some corporate cards, as the issuing banks block payments to Paypal.
